There should be a single patch cable going from that port to a single router port.Unplug the patch cable at the patch panel and replace it with one of the two splitters by plugging the male end of the splitter into the patch panel port.Connect the two ports on the splitter to two ports on the router/switch using two patch cables.Go to the wall outlet at the user location and unplug the single patch cable and replace it with the other splitter. Plug both computers onto the splitter using two patch cables.
